Return Policy: All claims, including non-defective item returns, must be made within five (5) days after receipt of ORDERED PRODUCTS. ORDERED PRODUCT RETURNS will NOT be issued without a RA Number. All RA Requests will be authorized or declined within seven (7) business days from the day the ORDERED PRODUCT was delivered by the SHIPPING CARRIER. At the discretion of BLK NICE, LLC, a RESTOCKING FEE, of up to 30% of the value of the ORDERED PRODUCT, may be imposed on non-defective returns.
